How to Consign
Please call us to schedule an appointment for consignment of merchandise-510.839.0123.
Merchandise to be consigned must be in excellent condition, gently used and showroom quality.
Please note- Sorry we do not consign clothing items.
Online Showroom
Our online Showroom or cyber consignment is one of our many great features and is available to you
for your convenience. Why go through the trouble of transporting merchandise from your home to
the store to be consign when you can maintain your consigned merchandise at your home and have it
viewed online by prospective buyers. As an added benefit of consigning with Pearl River,
have your consigned merchandise featured on our online showroom.
How it Works
Professional photos will be taken of your merchandise to be consigned.
The detailed photos will be listed on Pearl River's Resale & Consignment Boutique online showroom.
Prospective buyers will have an opportunity to view consigned merchandise and purchase your
merchandise through the ease of the website. Pearl River does all the work while you
simply provide the items to be consigned. It is that simple!
Cyber consigning is available for both the convenience of the seller and the buyer.
No one has to leave home!

Consignment Policy
The consignment period is for 60 days during which consignment items may be discounted.
Discounts range from 20%, 25% and 30% at intervals
of 1 month, 2 months and 3months. The terms are 50/50, the consignor receiving 50% of the sale.
If the item(s) is unsold the consignor has 5 days to pickup their unsold items.
Please note after the 5 day period, unclaimed items are subject to donation to charity without notice.
Pricing:
Price of item is negotiated between consignor and consignee.
Reimbursement:
Checks will be available on Friday after 2pm. Provide a Self-Addressed Envelope and your check will be mail. Checks are void after 3 months issuance.
Waiver:
Reasonable care will be taken to protect consigned items while consignor assumes any risk.
Estate Sales:
Are you in need of selling estate furniture or home decor? Keep in mind, Pearl River Consignment Boutique, will consign your unsold items.
Furniture:
Our policy is to resale and consign gently used quality furniture.
In that regard, in an effort to offer our customers the highest value,
we do not accept upholstered fabric furniture that shows signs of sagging,
discoloration, fraying, holes, snags, missing trims or adornment,
Ikea type furniture or furniture from smoke or pet environments.
